Il suo stablecoin sintetico, USDe, mira a replicare ciò che Tether ha fatto nel 2014 e MarkerDAO nel 2017. Secondo il protocollo DeFi, USDe ha successo perché le sue riserve rappresentano più del doppio dell'interesse aperto di ogni DEX perpetuo combinato. According to the DeFi protocol, USDe is successful because its reserves represent more than twice the open interest of any combined perpetual DEX. Ethena has explained in its roadmap that it can provide "non-toxic" flows to DEX and CEX exchanges by using USDe as collateral and stimulating open interest. After the roadmap launch, Ethena's native token, ENA, increased by 8%, going from $0.85 to $0.93. ENA is in an upward trend and has recorded a 18.22% increase last week and a 47.24% increase since its launch, with a market capitalization of $1.41 billion.
